Key Responsibilities- Develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.

- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating different types of risk.
- Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
- Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
- University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
- Business acumen, client relationship management, customer experience management, decision-making and critical thinking, effective communications, prospecting, selling, and tech savvy skills.
- Certifications are often desired, but not required.
