Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering TV and smart home solutions to our customers, providing an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring the successful installation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH TV and smart home systems in customers' homes
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and work in varying weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus

  • Guaranteed promotion after 6 months with a $1.00/hour pay increase
  • Performance incentives with the potential for up to $6,400 in the first year and $9,100 in subsequent years
