Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering TV and smart home solutions to our customers. You'll work independently, using your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain DISH TV systems, including satellite dishes and receivers
  • Configure and troubleshoot smart home devices and networks
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns
  • Work independently, using your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including installation efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
