Job Summary

As a Field Technician with DISH, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our cutting-edge satellite television and smart home solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DISH in customers' homes, providing top-notch service and support
  • Install and configure satellite television and smart home systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
