Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and servicing DISH's innovative smart home solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DISH in customers' homes, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Install and service DISH's smart home solutions, including satellite equipment and home networking systems
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Aptitude to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods of time, lift over 70 lbs at a time, and remain within individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs
  • Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions
  • A valid driver's license in the state of employment, with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards
  • Travel may be required
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $20.00/hour, as well as a range of benefits, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan. Compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
