Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering TV and smart home solutions to our customers. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH TV and internet services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Configure and troubleshoot smart home devices
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
