Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll represent DISH in customers' homes, delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our innovative smart home solutions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home solutions in customers' homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including installation rates and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights (up to 40 feet) for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule and willingness to travel

  • Guaranteed promotion after 6 months with a $1.00/hour pay increase
  • Performance incentives with the potential for up to $6,400 in the first year and $9,100 in subsequent years
