Developmental Disability Program Coordinator

APluscare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our care services team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Care Meetings: Work closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Supervise and Train Care Staff: Provide guidance and support to our care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Manage Staff Schedules: Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
- Conduct Safety Drills: Conduct regular fire evacuation drills and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with our compliance team to ensure all regulatory requirements are met and maintained.
- Provide Transportation and Support: Provide transportation and support to our clients to enable them to participate in daily activities and achieve their goals.
- Monitor Client Well-being: Regularly monitor the well-being of our clients and provide support and interventions as needed.
- Schedule Medical Appointments: Schedule medical appointments for our clients and ensure they receive timely and effective care.
- Maintain Vehicle Safety: Ensure all program vehicles are safe and well-maintained to minimize the risk of accidents.
- Adhere to Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive work environment.
- Implement Program Documentation: Develop and implement program documentation to ensure accurate and timely reporting of client progress and outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Valid NJ Driver's License.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
