Job Title: Direct Support Program Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Direct Support Program Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives. You will be responsible for supervising a team of caregivers, implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs), and participating in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participate in administrative duties.
  • Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of related work experience with social services or behavioral health populations.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance for 1 year (excluding permit).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and individuals served.
  • Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
