About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Airport Agent at Envoy Air. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of our airport team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement effective procedures and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended driver's license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being eligible for this position
- Ability to work overnight hours including weekends and holidays; shifts may vary depending on location
- Requires flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed due to operational necessity
- Be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis
- Must have attention to detail to accomplish cleaning of all areas of aircraft interior
- Ability to carry, bend, lift and turn with supplies weighing up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States
- Previous experience in a team lead capacity preferred
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary
- Above-average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment are essential
- Administrative experience preferred
- Above average attendance preferred
