Fidelity Digital Asset Services is a pioneering division dedicated to transforming innovative concepts into reality within the digital asset sector, delivering tailored solutions to our clients and prospects. The Execution Services Operations team plays a critical role in identifying and rectifying trade discrepancies, monitoring order flow proactively, addressing trading disputes, and providing essential support to external clients.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with Custody Operations, Technology Support, Relationship Managers, and Client Service Managers to fully understand client trading and operational requirements, thereby enhancing overall satisfaction. Your expertise and dedication will make you a vital and resourceful member of the FDAS team, where you will share best practices and contribute to successful outcomes.

Desired Expertise

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree
  • Over 3 years of experience in trade and post-trade execution support, with a solid understanding of trading practices and tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the entire trade lifecycle
  • Familiarity with trading technologies, including API/FIX and other trading frameworks
  • In-depth understanding of institutional clients and accounts, such as hedge funds
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to build relationships across teams, business units, and peers
  • Proven track record of delivering a world-class service experience
  • Proficient in various PC software applications, including Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency is advantageous but not mandatory
