Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospects and clients in a courteous, proactive, and professional manner.
  • Establish trust and rapport quickly through various digital communication channels including video, phone, email, and SMS.
  • Guide clients in making informed decisions about their insurance needs by conducting thorough product research and providing clear explanations of options.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
  • Manage the underwriting process, including signing and responding to follow-ups on new policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and keep detailed client notes within the company’s system.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Possession of a valid Property & Casualty and Life Insurance License.
  • Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation.
  • A strong desire to assist individuals and families.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial, though not limited to the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a positive approach to problem-solving.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient in utilizing various technology platforms for internal and external communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster client trust.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Deliver a client-centric experience through multiple communication channels.
  • Knowledgeable in personal insurance coverage and capable of explaining it to clients with limited understanding.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to ask relevant follow-up questions.
  • Motivated and resilient, with a focus on achieving success despite challenges.
  • Skilled in building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Follow a structured sales process to provide comprehensive care and follow-up for all prospects.
  • Utilize logical reasoning to evaluate various solutions and approaches to client needs.
