We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Orin Rice Staffing & Consulting. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve new business production goals and objectives as established by the company.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- View each customer contact as an opportunity for cross-selling and up-selling, including financial products and services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to maintain high client retention and product loyalty.
- Increase sales revenue through various channels, including referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
- Solicit customer referrals and explain our referral program to encourage repeat business and word-of-mouth marketing.
- Possession of a Property & Casualty license is highly preferred; employees should be capable of obtaining the license if not already licensed.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is required.
- A Life & Health license is a plus and will eventually need to be obtained.
- Demonstrated track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and determined.
