Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Accor North America. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of culinary professionals in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional guest service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and industry developments to continuously improve our culinary offerings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume culinary environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing culinary teams and driving exceptional results
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
