Executive Assistant / Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team at a leading private equity firm in El Segundo. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Partners, including calendar management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements
  • Manage office logistics, including supplies, meals, packages, and local errands
  • Prepare expense reports and assist with personal tasks as needed
  • Coordinate Executive Team meetings and retreats, and assist with staff meetings and events
  • Oversee office needs, including vendor selection and purchasing furniture, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities
  • BA/BS degree
