Executive Admin Level 3

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Executive Admin Level 3 to support our US Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC) customer.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join BryceTech's team and contribute to the development, advancement, and sustainment of weapon systems for Space Systems Command (SSC) Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDACP) (SSC/SZ), Battle Management, Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3) (SSC/BC), and their mission partners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive-level administrative support, office management, personnel management, human resources management, and configuration and data management.
- Assist the Government in analyzing, interpreting, monitoring, disseminating, and resolving tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases to support organizations in meeting mission requirements.
- Manage Government civilian record keeping and serve as the primary point of contact for all unit civilian human resource management functions.
- Attend and support administration of meetings and reviews, capturing action items, recording minutes, and disseminating to all invitees in a timely manner.
- Assist with the submission and processing of military and civilian awards and decorations.
- Develop and maintain schedules using standard Microsoft Suite applications.
- 12 years of experience performing acquisition management activities related to contracting, legal, policy, and regulatory development, review, and compliance in the government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center, or profit/nonprofit government support/development Contractor arena, of which six years shall include duties/assignments specifically in support of the Department of Defense.
- Must have experience with MS Office suite of Tools.
- Must be a US citizen and have a BA/BS degree.
- Must be TS/SCI eligibility and have current SCI access.
