About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned product marketing leader to spearhead efforts in refining our brand positioning, expanding market influence, and ensuring our initiatives resonate with target audiences. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who excels at bridging market demands with product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage the workflow between PMMs, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Provide market insights to inform product decisions and respond to requests for market material reviews.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Communications and other stakeholders on the development of marketing campaigns, including lead and demand generation initiatives.
  • Contribute to the brand portfolio and corporate branding efforts.
  • Develop case studies and use case scenarios in partnership with internal and external SMEs.
  • Support sales enablement activities, including pitch development, sales training, and the creation of sales materials.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on demand generation and product campaigns.
  • 1+ years of management experience.
  • Proven expertise in market research, competitive intelligence, product-market fit, and market need assessments.
  • Experience in the healthcare/healthtech space, with at least 3 years in the industry.
  • Sales enablement experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
What We Offer

At Notable, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $152K - $210K, depending on location and experience.
