We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Floor Team Member to join our team at Michaels Stores. As a Sales Floor Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide fast and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Support the sales process by engaging customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
- Assist with cash handling, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
