About the Role
We're seeking a Small Format Team Member to join our team. As a Small Format Team Member, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests, engaging with them in a genuine way, and helping them find what they need. You'll also be responsible for stocking, setting, and selling Target products, as well as maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting them and engaging with them in a genuine way.
- Help guests find what they need by being knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Stock, set, and sell Target products to meet sales goals and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow a multi-step process.
