Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Treat customers with courtesy and knowledge to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Adhere to Work Schedule: Ensure predictability in workload scheduling to provide a great customer experience.
  • Follow Company Policies: Adhere to all Company policies and procedures to maximize customer service, sales, and store profitability.
  • Support Store Operations: Unload trucks, process freight, stock counters, and perform other functions as needed to maintain a well-organized sales floor.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor and Improve: Monitor sales floor conditions, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Support Store Management: Provide support to store management as requested to ensure the success of the store.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 Years of Retail Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail customer service is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in English is required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and maneuver merchandise, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
