We are on the lookout for an experienced Lead Technical Program Strategist to become a vital part of our Strategic Programs Technical Project Management office. In this prominent and strategic position, you will be instrumental in steering the success of various enterprise and product initiatives by managing and leading cross-functional collaborations. We seek a professional who can effectively coordinate among diverse teams and business stakeholders to align systems, tools, activities, skills, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives by managing cross-functional teams and a multitude of stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and progress reports. Proactively identify and address risks to delivery while managing dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gather requirements and ensure that plans are well-defined, thoroughly documented, and approved by all pertinent stakeholders.
  • Educate and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies, implementing program and Agile best practices to guarantee high-quality and timely outcomes.
  • Provide consistent program updates to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Timely raise risks, obstacles, and competing priorities to relevant parties in an organized manner.
  • Facilitate clear communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and other involved parties, ensuring smooth information flow across different teams and departments.
  • Assist in establishing, nurturing, and promoting best-practice standards and processes across the Technical Project Management Office (TPMO).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management within a SaaS/B2B environment, demonstrating a consistent record of successful program deliveries and implementations.
  • Proficiency in utilizing productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack) for team management and reporting.
  • More than 5 years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of SaaS application development.
  • Adept at identifying underlying issues, influencing without formal authority, and facilitating collaborative team-building efforts.
  • Experienced in regularly reporting program status to executive leadership and initiating change management discussions.
  • Skilled in concurrently orchestrating the efforts of designers, product teams, engineering, and operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • PMP and/or PgMP certifications are preferred.
