The Maintenance Technician III will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive technical support to our facility operations. This position involves collaboration with electricians, HVAC technicians, and other maintenance personnel to ensure the seamless functioning of all systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capable of lifting weights up to 75 lbs.
  • Required to navigate ladders and elevated platforms.
  • Perform light carpentry and painting tasks as needed.
  • Stay informed about safety regulations and industry standards through ongoing education.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and stakeholders regarding maintenance activities and system status.
