About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at FirstEnergy Corp. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Distribution Engineering and Planning organization by providing data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business-specific research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to support business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Provide statistical insights and analysis to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Develop and maintain process improvements and efficiencies to improve customer service
- Provide leadership on initiatives and projects to drive business results

Requirements
- Two year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred, along with a minimum of 4 years related work experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 7 years of direct, related experience will be considered
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
