Job Title: SAP S4/Hana Business Systems Analyst

Integrated Resources is seeking a highly skilled SAP S4/Hana Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business process team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP solutions to meet business-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business process teams to understand current/future business processes and requirements
  • Act as a liaison between third-party support teams and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction of deliverables
  • Write and maintain detailed system documentation, including user and functional requirement specifications, test scripts, SOPs, and work instructions
  • Troubleshoot SAP S4/Hana business processes in the SCM, MM, IM, eWM, QM, and MDG modules, as well as interfaces, providing resolution and improvements as required
  • Train users and implement SAP S4/Hana system solutions utilizing the system development lifecycle and project management methodologies

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in SAP S4/Hana EBS, customer service, communications skills, facilitation, leadership, analytics, and data modeling
  • Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong communications skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a positive team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing manufacturing environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new system solutions

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT and/or Business is required
  • Manufacturing environment experience is required
  • Experience in leading systems implementation utilizing SDLC and Project Management methodologies is required
  • Able to assist in supporting SAP S4/Hana and non-SAP S4/Hana systems
  • Prior experience in regulated industry; FDA preferred
  • SAP S4/Hana experience is required
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
  • Proficiency in working knowledge of Client ALM
