Your Profile:
(Required) You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that achieve key acquisition, engagement, and retention objectives.
You have a background in Marketing within a SaaS company, ideally in a scale-up or high-growth context.
You have demonstrated success in growth marketing or demand generation roles.
You are skilled in leading enterprise demand generation strategies, performance marketing techniques, and content strategy development.
You have practical experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Your analytical mindset enables you to utilize data and metrics for informed decision-making and marketing optimization.

You exhibit strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and articulating marketing initiatives to key stakeholders.


Your Contributions:

You will establish a sustainable, scalable, and repeatable growth and demand generation framework that propels EverTrue into its next growth phase.

You will mentor and lead a team focused on demand marketing, events marketing, account-based marketing, and more.

You will devise strategies and programs to support growth across various segments, from an ABM strategy in Enterprise to a high-velocity approach for smaller markets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to implement EverTrue's overarching marketing strategy and objectives.

You will create comprehensive content programs across diverse channels (content, email, digital ads, social media, events), optimizing for the highest performing and pipeline-converting channels.

You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance and further develop best-in-class marketing data and technology capabilities.
