Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Strategic Asset Management Group in various initiatives.
  • Review Facility and Property Condition Assessment reports to verify data integrity and accuracy.
  • Reformat reports using Microsoft Word and conduct Administrative Quality Control reviews focusing on grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Analyze and update data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, ensuring alignment with the content in Word documents, including tables and graphs.
  • Engage with assessors to resolve discrepancies between data and written reports.
  • Conduct QA/QC for FCA and PCA reports.
  • Perform QA reviews of the Enterprise Asset Management System where asset and capital expenditure data is maintained.
  • Oversee quality assurance measures related to client specifications.
  • Review an average of 30-40 reports monthly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Required).
  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role (Required).
  • At least 2 years of QA/QC experience (Required).
  • 2 years of experience in construction or facilities management (Preferred).
  • Valid work authorization (Required).
  • In-person interview required.
  • Full-time schedule with initial training in the office.
  • 2+ years of experience in document management and editing, preferably in the construction or facilities sector.
  • Familiarity with building systems and the evaluation of architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data effectively.
