Inficare is seeking a skilled Process Mining/AI Developer/RPA Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for utilizing the UiPath Process Mining platform to extract, analyze, and visualize data from various sources to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize UiPath Process Mining to extract, analyze, and visualize data from various sources
Develop new process mining dashboards using UiPath
Collaborate with the development team to translate process improvement opportunities into automation workflows using UiPath RPA tools
Understand process mining criteria and configure UiPath Process Mining app to render mining data to business users
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
Propose process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and recommendations to enhance process performance and reduce operational costs

Requirements:

X-X years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good documentation skills to analyze and understand existing applications
Healthcare experience is a plus
Experience with AIBots and Document Understanding Module
