Job Overview

As a Strategic Client Partner at adm Promotions, you will be responsible for establishing and building positive client relationships, identifying value-added business opportunities, and delivering best-in-class service. This role requires a strong understanding of the client's brands, business models, and objectives, as well as the ability to develop close working relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate daily with internal teams and external clients, prioritizing client service and leading the briefing and product sourcing process to drive desired output for creative and merchandise.
  • Support the development of product and creative proposals, including creating and presenting merchandise proposal PowerPoint decks for clients.
  • Monitor proofing, sampling, pre-production, approval, and sign-off timing, proactively anticipating upcoming milestones and documenting delivery timing and order management data with the Shared Services team.
  • Learn, understand, and become an expert on the client's brands, business models, objectives, and competitive landscape, providing strategic recommendations and creative ideas to the client on an ongoing basis.
  • Participate in proactive innovation to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge, and identify opportunities to increase sales, leading day-to-day project tracking and collaborating with account team members and other internal groups.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of experience working for a print/promotional product or procurement outsource agency, servicing CPG/retail client brand teams.
  • Experience working with both domestic and international supply bases, with a proven track record of growing and maintaining business and driving top-line revenue growth and margin enhancement.
  • Extensive experience engaging and influencing cross-functionally, particularly across multiple client marketing/brand teams and internal supply chain teams, with strong project management skills and the ability to identify and clearly present solutions.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
