FYX Fleet Roadside Assistance is a premier provider of urgent roadside support for the intermodal and over-the-road transportation sectors, delivering swift service and preventive maintenance solutions to both fleet operators and independent drivers. Our expertise lies in prompt emergency assistance, ensuring that vehicles are back on the road without delay.
Your Role:We are in search of an individual who can foster enduring, reliable partnerships with our network of service providers. This position involves identifying and cultivating new providers in areas where demand exists. Key responsibilities include establishing robust relationships with service providers and engaging with essential business leaders and stakeholders. The role will collaborate with our operations teams to pinpoint growth prospects among current or prospective providers. Ideally, candidates will possess the skills to locate and negotiate favorable terms with service providers. A successful coordinator will work closely with our Operations team to fulfill business objectives while ensuring our provider network remains satisfied and engaged with our offerings over time.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively reach out to service providers in designated areas of need.
- Establish profiles and provide training for new service providers on the FYX platform.
- Identify and source new service providers or recognize areas for enhancement to align with our business objectives.
- Compile reports on service provider performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to discover and expand opportunities within specific markets.
- Assist service providers with system or payment-related inquiries.
- Act as the primary contact for all service provider inquiries and concerns.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
