Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our Space Systems Engineering and Operations (SSEO) division by overseeing and delivering high-quality documentation, processes, tools, and training initiatives. This position involves close collaboration with various teams within SSEO to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold a Mission Assurance framework in accordance with Intelsat's Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
  • Assess operational performance and effectiveness through comprehensive metrics analysis
  • Review and refine practices, procedures, and policies to mitigate risks
  • Lead Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) evaluations and implement corrective measures
  • Create and deliver quality assurance procedures, processes, and training sessions
  • Implement change management protocols to align with corporate objectives
  • Organize drills and training sessions to ensure team preparedness
  • Assist management in conveying satellite health and risk evaluations
  • Design and assess workflows to ensure safe operational practices
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to promote best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in drafting specifications and supporting contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering methodologies

Salary Information:
