Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:The Senior Quality Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet and exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who is passionate about quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead quality audits and inspections, both internally and with suppliers, to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to monitor product quality, identify trends, and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards, processes, and techniques to promote a culture of quality excellence.
- Manage the documentation and reporting of quality assurance activities, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- X+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role, with proven experience in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive quality improvements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 - $87,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including annual bonuses, long-term incentives, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.
