Strategic Business Partner to SVP Sales

About the Role:
The Chief of Staff to SVP Sales is a critical member of the global Sales team, supporting the SVP and GM of NA Sales in driving business growth.
This role ensures streamlined activities within the organization, handling day-to-day management of personnel to allow the SVP of Sales to focus on strategy and revenue expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an advisor to the SVP of Sales and senior management team
- Facilitate effective decision-making processes
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and delivery of new programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Twilio to address issues and deliver projects
Requirements:
- 5+ years of executive-level experience
- Exceptional managerial and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
Benefits:
