Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Strategy Manager to support our Senior Vice President of North America Sales. This critical role will drive streamlined activities within the organization, ensuring alignment with the SVP's priorities.

About the Role:
  • This is a strategic and collaborative position that requires effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, facilitating decision-making and driving the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Sales Ops, Legal, and other departments at Twilio.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of executive-level experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of interacting effectively with senior management and working strategically across departments.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in key data, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an adviser to the SVP of Sales and senior management team.
  • Assist the SVP Sales in facilitating effective decision-making.
  • Organize and coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives, delivery of new programs, and resolution of issues.
  • Participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to address issues, build plans, and deliver programs.
