">Job Summary
">As a Strategic Partner Solutions Specialist, you will serve as the technical expert for our partners, managing key stakeholder relationships and aligning strategic product visions and roadmaps. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the design and execution of technical strategies that help partners achieve their objectives.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Provide clear technical guidance on Check's solutions to ensure partners' technical and business goals are met.">
- Post-Sales Strategy Ownership: Own the post-sales technical strategy for partners and ensure understanding and alignment of mutual roadmaps.">
- Relationship Building: Establish and own relationships with key technical stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives.">
- Innovation Advocacy: Act as an external advocate for innovation and early adoption of Check products among partners and an internal advocate of partner needs to Check teams.">
- Troubleshooting: Serve as the escalation point for technical incidents and issues that arise beyond normal support channels.">
Requirements
">- Demonstrated experience (over 4 years) driving success for external customers.">
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.">
- Possesses hands-on technical experience working with APIs and proficiency in navigating code and technical infrastructures.">
- Able to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving environments.">
- Strong commitment to building relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders.">
- Capable of managing competing priorities and delivering results with an entrepreneurial mindset.">
- Displays intellectual curiosity and comfort in navigating uncertainty.">
Compensation Package
">We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $155,200 - $170,720 per year in San Francisco, NYC, LA, and Seattle, or $131,920 - $145,112 per year in other locations, with performance-based compensation varying between $38,900 - $42,790 or $33,065 - $36,372 respectively.
