Healthcare Customer Service Agent

Company Overview: CornerStone Staffing is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Coordinator to enhance our service delivery to clients and healthcare providers.
Position Overview: This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support in a telehealth environment.
Location: Remote work opportunity available for candidates residing in the DFW area.
Compensation: $18.50 per hour.
Work Schedule: Flexible part-time shifts available:
- Friday and Saturday - 12 AM to 10:30 AM
- Friday and Saturday - 2 PM to 11 PM
- Monday and Saturday - 10 AM to 8:30 PM
Contract Duration: 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for telehealth operations, addressing customer service inquiries, administrative tasks, and scheduling needs.
- Facilitate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy staff to ensure seamless access to medical and emotional health services.
- Manage inbound communications via calls, texts, emails, chats, and tickets, addressing customer concerns and coordinating referrals.
- Collaborate with pharmacies to resolve prescription issues and follow up with students regarding their healthcare outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Strong customer service aptitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
- Proven experience working from home is required.
- Minimum of 2 years in a call center environment.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
