Join EECU as a Call Center Representative

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • At least one year of previous experience in a call center or financial environment is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for effective interaction with both external clients and internal team members.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to approach challenges logically and exercise sound judgment to achieve the best outcomes for our members.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines and departmental policies.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple browsers, tabs, and windows while remaining available for member interactions.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred, with the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment that necessitates 100% phone-based communication.
  • Excellent attendance is mandatory.
  • Ability to commute to the call center location.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts from 9 AM to 1 PM.
  • Starting salary is $16 per hour, based on experience.
  • EECU will evaluate an applicant's credit history in compliance with applicable laws; only candidates with a favorable credit history will be considered for employment.
