Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our most vulnerable patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Direct Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive care to assigned patients under the guidance of a licensed nurse.
- Documentation: Ensure precise recording of all relevant patient treatment information.
- Patient Assessments: Assist licensed nurses with pre and post dialysis evaluations and their corresponding documentation.
- Monitoring: Track and document dialysis treatment parameters using Dialysis Flow Sheets.
- Communication: Relay any significant changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
- Emergency Procedures: Support all emergency operational protocols.
- CPR Initiation: Execute basic CPR measures in cases of cardiac or pulmonary emergencies and respond to urgent situations related to dialysis treatment.
This role is essential in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients in the NICU, contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.
