Off-Price Retail Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential off-price retail clients to expand the company's distribution network.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, ensuring consistent communication and mutual success.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities within the off-price retail segment.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable partnerships while adhering to company goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on client needs and promotional strategies.
- Reporting: Track and report sales metrics, progress, and forecasts to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industry.
