Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential off-price retail clients to expand the company's distribution network.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, ensuring consistent communication and mutual success.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities within the off-price retail segment.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable partnerships while adhering to company goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on client needs and promotional strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report sales metrics, progress, and forecasts to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industry.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong ability to close deals, identify opportunities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present persuasively to decision-makers.
