Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of cosmetologists and barbers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for every guest
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with other salon managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business results

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team of stylists and barbers
