Job Description

At CAF Outdoor Cleaning, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in our sales growth strategy, you'll be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, driving aggressive sales growth in untapped markets, and establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the B2B sales process, learning the ins and outs of the Convenience Store and Retail industries in the U.S. and Europe.
  • Open new business channels, identifying and cultivating new opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Be the hunter, consistently setting up initial meetings with key targets and turning "maybe" into "yes".
  • Collaborate and innovate with our team to create and implement fresh strategies for market infiltration and expansion.
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, establishing strong, lasting connections.
  • Drive results, bringing your A-game every day to achieve and exceed company goals.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A deep understanding of the B2B sales process, with a proven track record of success.
  • The ability to quickly learn, multitask, and adapt in both independent and team settings.
  • Proven experience in account management, strategic sales, and business development.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A hunter mentality with a love for customer service.
  • A passion for driving change and achieving results.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but your experience speaks volumes.

Reports To:

You'll report directly to our Director of Sales, Sean Piper, who values an ownership mentality and a commitment to excellence. Sean is all about collaboration and support while pushing for individual growth.
