Job Summary:

Chevron Stations Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Cashier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, conducting point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking all customers while making eye contact.
  • Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely while adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain cash drawer to be at or below maximum level and secure all funds in a safe.
  • Perform consistent station cleaning of the indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash, if applicable.
  • Prepare food and hot beverage products and effectively manage ExtraMile and/or KKC food service and beverages.
  • Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs.
  • Cross-check the price of delivered goods for accuracy and distribute delivered goods in an orderly manner throughout the store.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California, Oregon, or Washington locations.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work the Graveyard shift from 10 pm to 6 am.
  • We offer a $1.25 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 10 pm to 6 am.
  • USA-based job position.
  • Visas will not be granted.
