Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor office staff, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service

Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Manage scheduling and staffing to guarantee adequate coverage and patient care

Oversee the accuracy and compliance of electronic medical records and patient documentation

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to streamline operations and resolve issues

Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment inventory

Prepare analytical reports to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions

Address escalated patient inquiries and complaints, striving for satisfactory resolutions

Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of two years of experience in a medical front office setting, with supervisory experience preferred

Outstanding leadership and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with medical software is a plus

Flexible availability with a readiness to adapt to changing schedules

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent time management and organizational skills

A collaborative team player with a positive and energetic attitude focused on delivering exceptional customer service
