We are seeking a Sales Operations Business Partner to join our team at Securian Financial Group.

This role will involve collaborating with sales leadership, directors, and account executives to drive sales strategy, go-to-market plans, and lead generation in the life and supplemental health insurance markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support go-to-market plans and drive effective account planning strategies within territory
  • Maintain operational best practices that lead to sales success and growth
  • Support sales training and content management to drive consistency across teams and relationships

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in group benefits roles, knowledge of sales concepts and planning strategies, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

The estimated base pay for this role is $$84,700.00 - $155,000.00, which may vary depending on individual experience, skills, and knowledge.
