Additionally, you will be required to perform various tasks such as cleaning, stocking shelves, and performing routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store is running smoothly
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage cash handling, including counting tills, balancing cash registers, and making change
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee hours
  • Perform various tasks such as cleaning, stocking shelves, and performing routine maintenance
  • Supervise and train store employees, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the store as needed
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Estimated Salary: $42,500/year
