**Job Summary:**

  • Manage change across the supply chain to ensure seamless execution of VAVE projects
  • Leverage expertise in project management and process optimization to deliver results-driven solutions

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain/engineering or business-related field AND 7-10+ years of experience in engineering/manufacturing
  • OR High School Diploma/GED AND 11-14+ years of experience in engineering/manufacturing
  • Strong project management and process optimization skills
  • Familiarity with VAVE tools and processes
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
