Core Responsibilities:

  • Transform the lives of candidates and colleagues by aligning them with outstanding job opportunities while offering valuable and affordable benefits.
  • Proactively seek and attract top talent within the light industrial sector through various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client roles, ensuring compliance with job-specific requirements.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and industry standards while maintaining organized and accurate records for candidates and clients.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure the success of partnerships.
  • Effectively communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish (both written and verbal).

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

    • 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as staffing, customer service, retail, or similar, preferably with a proven record in staffing.
    • A solid understanding of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
    • Proficiency in technology, with experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications (e.g., Gmail, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with candidates and clients at all levels (in-person and over the phone).
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
    • A willingness to adapt to evolving market conditions and client needs.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
