Job Title: Senior Cash Management Sales Officer

Join Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as a Senior Cash Management Sales Officer and play a key role in expanding our business and meeting annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the cash management sales manager and team by positioning products strategically and coordinating solutions for corporate clients.
  • Prepare pro-forma agreements, presentation materials, and other necessary documents to further expand the business.
  • Build strong relationships with internal Relationship Managers (RMs) and external clients to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Proactively follow up on pending deals, track each deal, and provide status updates to the sales manager and RMs.
  • Update the sales pipeline and report progress weekly and monthly to relevant teams.
  • Participate in client meetings to present solutions and demonstrate products/services.
  • Work closely with all areas within the bank and communicate with clients during the implementation stage to ensure a satisfactory experience.
  • Communicate frequently with the product management team to stay aware of product updates and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience at a major financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Cash Management/Treasury services.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet time-critical deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
