Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing them to the correct department.
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
