Afni, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Insurance Project Coach. This position is responsible for overseeing and developing a team of insurance service or sales consultants. The starting salary for this position is $46,000.00, with the opportunity for a generous bonus plan that includes a guaranteed monthly payout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Team Potential: Collaborate with your team to leverage their strengths and maximize their performance.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 15 or more insurance service or sales consultants who engage with existing and prospective customers to offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with management and peers to identify best practices and brainstorm solutions to both minor and major challenges.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for individual and team performance enhancement, implement improvement processes, and close performance gaps.
  • Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve conflicts and achieve outstanding results by balancing empathy, care, and performance for both customers and staff.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as managing time off, approving payroll adjustments, ensuring schedule adherence, and monitoring performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and previous supervisory experience in a call center environment.
  • The ability to communicate direction in a clear and concise manner.
  • A strong customer service background with the ability to drive results for your team.
  • Strong leadership and relationship skills.
  • A naturally positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a genuine desire to help people be successful.
  • The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • A willingness to be part of a team and contribute to Afni, Inc.'s success.
  • Experience as a Supervisor in a Call Center environment.
