Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Turnover Coordinator to join our team at Bechtel. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with completions certification activities and turnover/handover for a project, through construction, commissioning, and handover phases of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer UPF turnover processes in accordance with project procedures;
  • Serve as the point of contact for system turnover issues;
  • Ensure timely development of Startup turnover packages to Operations;
  • Participate in facility/system walk downs and manage punch list items after Construction turnovers to Startup;
  • Assist in reviews and processes turnover packages for subsequent turnover to final Owners.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge in the areas of construction, startup testing, and turnover, as well as excellent computer abilities and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
